We had a fantastic 4th of July weekend! We spent all day Friday and Saturday out on the boat relaxing on the sandbar, swimming in the lake, and of course put many miles on kneeboarding and tubing! The weather was warm and beautiful and we had a great time.
Friday night we went down to Summerfest with Brett and Jenn to see Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, and Mirada Lambert. The Concert was awesome, Kenny played well into the midnight hour. Saturday night there were fireworks everywhere around here on the lakes. We make it down to lake Naga-wicka for the fireworks here in Delafield, where we could also see Pewaukee lake fireworks in the distance.
Sunday we were in Appleton for all my little cousins combined annual birthday party. Jason brought a firetruck as a surprise for the little kids and even the big kids had fun checking out the truck and taking rides. It was a great day and seeing family we haven't seen in a while. Our family is home from Alabama and it was great to see them again.
