Happy 4th of July!

We had a busy and very enjoyable 4th of July weekend! I hope everyone had a safe and fun holiday weekend!

Thursday night we enjoyed an awesome concert by Tim Mc Graw at Summerfest with Brett and Jenn. Hard to Handle and then Jason Alden opened for him, they were also very good performers. I was especially pleased with Jason Alden which was cool since we'll see him again next week at Country Thunder. Jenn and I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of the Tim McGraw part of the show :) Jason and Brett I think had their hopes on a surprise appearance by Faith, but nonetheless enjoyed the show I think. We had a great time there, the music was great and our seats were too!





Friday's Brewer game was a lot of fun too, my extended family (along with a couple of Sam and Amnda's friends) all came down on a chartered bus from Appleton and my Dad had bought a box for the game. They had a very enjoyable ride down by the looks of it when Jason and I met up with them about an hour before the game. The box was full of food and drinks when we got there and the view was pretty cool too. It was great to see everyone again and spend some time with everyone too. The box was nice because we could get up move around, sit down and watch the game while still getting to visit and have some lovely adult beverages for Amanda's 21st birthday which was a few days before. Her name even got on the Jumbotron "Happy 21st Birthday Amanda Kramer" it read. I think everyone had a fun time. We always have such a good time together. Friday night we went to dinner with some friends in town and then hit up the Whitefish Bay 4th of July festival at the park on the lake. They had a band, typical festival things, beer, food, etc. The fireworks at the end of the night were awesome. They were shot out over the lake and we found ourselves some prime front row seats! I didn't realize how not well pictures of fireworks turned out, but I tried for a few....they don't do the show justice! (Pic is of us at the fireworks)

Saturday was a day like none other that we have had in a long time.....we had NOTHING, we HAD to do! Jason and I almost didn't know what to do with ourselves! Jason got up early (as usual) and I slept in (as usual)...We ended up spending most of the day at the beach with friends soaking in some sun...it was HOT out there!

Sunday was again beautiful weather, the sun was hot and there was barely a cloud in the sky. We spent the day at Jason's parents house mostly in the pool. Quick shoutout for an important birthday!.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. KRUEGER!!!! :)
